That's My Ryker! aka Thinning Hair

Ainsley was reading these books to Ryker the other day and she quickly made Ryker his own book, titled, "That's Not My Ryker. . ." that follows the same rhyme :) It went, "That's not my Ryker. His hair is too fuzzy!" "That's not my Ryker. His hair is too thick!" "That's my Ryker! His hair is SO THIN!" MADE ME LAUGH!!!

He Rolled!

VERYFUNNY!

Our littlest man got pictures taken on his 5 month birthday, and I brought along the highchair that my mom used with us girls, and I am now using with him!

During photos I had to hold his hands to keep them out of his mouthHa. . .mom let goI also had to hold on to him until the count of 3 when I let go (because he's a WobBlY sitter)

New Do!

When you are 7, or the mom of a 7 yr old girl, a new do can be so exciting!!

the earrings are going to have to wait til after soccer season :)

Spring is in the air!

Ainsley's dollhouse family (I like that the Gramma is watching the baby while the mom is sitting at the table with lemonade :) ) and her doll (who is named Abigail Abbey, which I think is so cute since one of Ainsley's 1st girlfriends was named Abbey and most every doll Ainsley gets is named some form of Abigail :) ) have been enjoying the nice weather! As have we!! Today we set the jumperoo

(also known as "one of the best baby purchases ever")

outside for Ryker, as the big kids played!

We also took a stroller ride to the

playground! (Daddy and the boys came on their bikes)

Ryker got ALL. TUCKERED. OUT! (love the little finger :) )
But he wanted you to know that he's now 5 MONTHS OLD!

The kids smell of outdoors and their boots are muddy! Spring is most definitely in the air!

Happy St Patricks Day from our family

Our day has been filled with green eggs, fresh pears, green jello jigglers, cupcakes and crafts, peas, green fluff, making words using the letters in "St Patricks Day," mint oreos and Shamrock Shakes! There was also a possible leprechaun who tinted our milk and toilet water green, hid paper shamrocks, and left toys all over our basement floor (well, maybe we can't blame the toys on a leprechaun). A fellow "mommy of 4" friend came over this morning and I was so thankful for the adult chat time!

brown bags and more

We are seriously running out of indoor activity ideas. . .we have resorted to playing with brown bags,

the boys agreed to play "Sunday School" with Ainsley as their teacher (well, I guess Ryker didn't really agree, but I agreed for him :) ), and the best indoor activity of all? Playing baby! It always was one of my favorite things to play growing up :)
